Remember:

• The exact location of registration will be sent to you via email and text on the morning of travel day at 7 a.m. (EST). If your travel will start before the designated travel day, please use the facility as your starting point.
  • If you’re flying, you’ll be picked up from the airport by our security/transportation team.
  • If you’re driving, you’ll need to be at the designated location, no later than 3 p.m. local time.
• Acrylic nails and false eyelashes are not permitted on this assignment and must be removed before registration arrival.
• You must be able to pass a fit test. PAPRS are not offered as an alternative. Facial hair is one example of something that may interfere with your ability to pass a fit test. PAPRs will not be offered, so we strongly recommend that you maintain a clean-shaven face for the duration of the assignment. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided by the facility. Please do not bring your own PPE.

• We will have complimentary shuttles provided by a 3rd party. Please always be in the lobby watching for transportation 5-10 minutes before pickup time. 

What to pack and bring

• Please come with the expectation of sharing a room with a clinician working the opposite shift as you. You will likely be in the room at the same time as this person until you start working your shifts.

• PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND TEXTS TWICE A DAY (MORNING AND EVENING) TO SEE IF ANY TIMELINES OR EXPECTATIONS HAVE CHANGED, SUCH AS BUS PICK-UP OR ARRIVAL TIMES.
• Please be sure you are opted in to Prolink Sense Messaging or you may miss out on strike communications. If you have recently opted out, please type “START” in that text chain. If you have questions about this, please message your recruiter. You will ALWAYS be directed on where to go.
