Welcome to the team!

Remember:

  • The exact location of registration will be sent to you via email & text on the morning of travel day at 7am EST. If your travel will start before the designated travel day, please use the facility as your starting point.
    • If you’re flying, you’ll be picked up from the airport by our security/transportation team.
    • If you’re driving, you’ll need to be at the designated location, no later than 3pm.
  • Acrylic nails and false eyelashes are not permitted on this assignment and must be removed before registration arrival
  • You must be able to pass a fit test. PAPRS are not offered as an alternative. Facial hair is one example of something that may interfere with your ability to pass a fit test. PAPRs will not be offered, thus, we strongly recommend if you have facial hair, that you shave and maintain a clean-shaven face for the duration of the assignment. Please do not bring your own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to use to work in the facility. PPE will be provided by the facility.

Payroll:

  • Nurse Talent Scrubs: Navy Blue - optional White top with Navy bottoms
  • Case Management & Social Work Talent: Business Casual and close-toed shoes - optional lab coat

  • Please come with the expectation of sharing a room with a clinician working the opposite shift as you. You will likely be in the room at the same time as this person until you start working your shifts.

  • CONSIDERING THINGS CAN CHANGE DURING A STRIKE WITH PATIENT CARE AND HOSPITAL NEEDS, PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND TEXTS TWICE A DAY (MORNING AND EVENING) TO SEE IF ANY TIMELINES OR EXPECTATIONS HAVE CHANGED, SUCH AS BUS PICK-UP OR ARRIVAL TIMES.
