These are courtesy shuttles. If the times do not meet your needs, you are welcome to arrange your own transportation at your own cost.
Shuttles will depart promptly. Do not be late.

CONSIDERING THINGS CAN CHANGE DURING A STRIKE WITH PATIENT CARE AND HOSPITALS NEEDS, PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND TEXTS TWICE A DAY (MORNING AND EVENING) FOR ANY TIMELINE OR EXPECTATION CHANGES, SUCH AS BUS PICK-UP OR ARRIVAL TIMES.
Be sure you are opted into Prolink Sense Messaging to receive all Strike Communications and updates. If you have recently opted out, please type “START” in that text chain. If you have questions about this, please message your recruiter.
Registration: Lindbergh Conference room at the Westin Hotel (within the airport McNamara Terminal) will start at 6:30 AM
Flying: Please take Shuttle to the Westin Hotel located at McNamara Terminal. Shuttles depart approximately every 10 minutes from the Ground Transportation Centers.
If you do not see Continuum Member/Signage once at Westin Hotel Lobby please contact your recruiter.
Driving: You’ll need to be at the designated location, no later than 3pm.
Parking is Paid parking, and NOT reimbursable.
We Recommend using airport short term parking as this is more affordable.
During Registration our team will review Kronos Setup/Time Keeping, Orientation information, and answer any additional questions that you may have.
*FIT TESTING & FACIAL HAIR: We strongly recommend if you have facial hair, that you shave and maintain a clean-shaven face for the duration of the assignment. Please do not bring your own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to use to work in the facility. PPE will be provided by the facility.
*ARTIFICIAL NAILS/LASHES: Healthcare professionals participating in this strike assignment must adhere to the client’s policy regarding no artificial nails, nails longer than ¼ of an inch and no embellishments or nail jewelry. There may also be no wearing of lashes deemed too long by our on-site representatives of the facility throughout the duration of the assignment. Reporting to your assignment with artificial nails/embellishments and or lashes considered too long may result in termination of your strike assignment.
Remember: Scrubs can be ANY solid-colored scrubs (NO TSHIRTS OR LOGOS).
