Required Credentials**

1. BLS (AHA only)
2. ACLS (AHA only)
3. PALS (AHA only)
4. CPAN preferred
5. Physical
6. N95
7. MMR/Varicella Records (accepts declinations)
8. Current resume
9. Driver's License

Other credentials may be required, depending on specific unit/hospital needs.
